Curated Style on the River: Behind the Scenes at Our Scout Guide Photoshoot

We were thrilled to once again be featured in The Scout Guide Richmond (Vol. 13), a beautifully curated publication that celebrates the best of Richmond’s local businesses. As a locally owned showroom, it means the world to us to be included alongside so many inspiring brands that make Richmond such a special place to live, shop, and design.

Our full Scout Guide setup, styled in a cozy covered patio with a stone fireplace as the backdrop. The space features the Alden Sofa and Allie Swivel Chairs by Rowe Furniture, paired with our RESTO Coffee Table, vintage pillar stools, and a one-of-a-kind vintage wood cabinet. Thoughtful accessories like Chinoiserie pottery, layered pillows, and warm-toned accents complete the relaxed, refined look.

This year’s photoshoot took place at a stunning riverfront home, and for our vignette, we chose to style a cozy covered outdoor patio complete with a stone fireplace and warm wood accents. It was the perfect setting to showcase our curated aesthetic—layered with natural textures, warm tones, and timeless design elements.

Captured by the talented Rick Kidd, the shoot featured a mix of new upholstery and one-of-a-kind pieces, including the Alden Sofa and Allie Swivel Chair in leather by Rowe, our exclusive RESTO Coffee Table, Vintage Pillar Stools, and a One-of-a-Kind Vintage Wood Cabinet with Glass. Finished with artisan pottery, pillows, and curated accessories, the space came to life with our signature blend of comfort, character, and style.
